The biological laboratory wastewater treatment machine UPFS-II-1000L is centrally controlled, easy to operate, efficient and intelligent. Equipped with multiple safety protections such as no wastewater protection and liquid level protection, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Working principle
The equipment adopts the process of "water collection tank → homogenization → screen filtration → pH pre adjustment → flocculation → heavy metal capture → precipitation → filtration → microelectrolysis → chemical oxidation → neutralization → UV disinfection → activated carbon adsorption → standard discharge" for treatment.

Installation requirements
1. Please ensure reliable grounding of the equipment, with a grounding resistance of no more than 4 ohms.
2. The equipment shall not be installed in environments containing flammable and explosive materials.
3. Please cut off the power supply when there is no water in the collection tank or when the equipment is not running for a long time.
4. During normal operation, the equipment should be inspected at least twice a day.
5. The equipment may have water leakage through external drainage. It is recommended to install it indoors with good drainage and ventilation.
6. Regularly measure COD, Escherichia coli and other indicators through sampling ports, adjust the concentration of drugs in a timely manner or configure drugs separately to achieve continuous, stable and reliable operation of the system.
7. The device has a certain level of noise, which does not exceed 65 decibels during operation.
8. Please turn the drain knob switch of the biological laboratory wastewater treatment machine to the drain position every once in a while to drain the accumulated water and sediment in the system. The single time should be greater than 15 minutes.
